35 new container chassis for ECS
ECS is a leading provider of integrated supply chain logistics and intermodal transport solutions. It specialises in transport and logistics between the UK & Ireland and mainland Europe.
ECS has 160,000 m² of non-conditioned and 10,000 m² of conditioned storage space. ECS has been developing the business since 1985, and today it is an international player with 634 employees in seven countries and some 5.2 million transactions per year from its strategic headquarters in Zeebrugge.

ECS is one of Van Hool's biggest customers, and this was recently confirmed by the new order placed for 35 brand new 45 ft. container chassis, specifically customised to its requirements. ECS has chosen to optimally integrate the new container chassis into its existing fleet of some 2,000 container chassis and to keep the number of spare parts to a strict minimum. Van Hool was able to provide a conclusive response to this and thanks ECS for its confidence.
